Having travelled exstensively both around Australia and abroad, I have had the good fortune  to taste food from many different countries and regions around the world. Ultimately, every time I come home I am both pleased and amazed at the quality of produce we have in this great country of ours. With such a diversity of people and cultures we are blessed with the very best of both worlds when it comes to what we have available in this country.

Unfortunately, the trend with the majority of retailers in this country is to provide products that are cheap (which increases their profit margins) and quite often very poor quality. The majority of us don't know any better because we are bombarded with marketing campaigns which are so expensive they could quite possibly support a small third world country if the funds were redirected. We also pay far more for these inferior goods than we should, but the simple fact is we have no alternative.

Because of this we decided it was time to provide a genuine outlet for these fantastic products.

• Products which are produced using techniques not available to large corporate manufacturers, from ingredients which are either grown on site or sourced from the local area.
• Ingredients which are often organic and always of the highest quality. Despite automated equipment being available, many ingredients are hand picked. They are usually of the very highest standard available and because they are from small producers the whole process from farm to jar is much more hands on.

Many of the products you see on this site are multi award winning. Despite this you have probably never heard of them. There is a simple reason for this. All of their time goes into producing a quality product. They don't have huge advertising budgets or legions of marketing guru's to make their product more appealing.

One thing we will gaurantee is that if you put any of our products up against anything comparable on the supermarket shelves our products will win every time. They aren't made with machines and mass production techniques. They are hand crafted by the very best Artisans available using the very best locally grown and sourced ingredients.
