Lets be blunt, I am a chilli fiend- love the stuff... but this is unlike any chilli sauce I have ever experienced, subtle, smooth, with a beautiful aftertaste and the fire is not overwhelming, but more-ish. Frankly, I would drink this if I didn't want to save it. worth its weight in gold!
