This website is owned and operated by The Australian Gourmet Pantry Pty Ltd. All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions.

TAGP may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars.
All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. TAGP will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.

TAGP reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. TAGP will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, TAGP will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery TAGP will notify its customers within 5 business days.

Goods will be shipped via Aust. Post. Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped, please allow 7-10 business days

Export Restrictions

TAGP will deliver to addresses within Australia only. Goods will not be shipped internationally.

TAGP is committed to complying with Australian Commonwealth legislation (http://www.privacy.gov.au/) governing privacy of personal information by businesses. TAGP is committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control.

Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists.

Security

Credit card payments are secured using 128-bit SSL encryption. This ensures all credit card details you send to us via the internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view the encrypted form. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.

Fraud Prevention

In order to protect you and TAGP from fraudulent transactions, TAGP may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organisation to perform address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the "bill to" address that you provide matches your credit card address. TAGP also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses.

Refunds

Defective items will be replaced. TAGP will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All Refund requests need to be made in writing to support@australiangourmetpantry.com.au within 7 days of purchase.

In the event that TAGP chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

We only ship within Australia
Delivery is via third party (Australia Post).
Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
As the deliveries are made by Aust Post, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery, however, they will endeavour to follow any specific instructions you may have given on the order form.
Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 10 days for delivery.
Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
